Submitting Photos
Please note:
All photo engravings results can vary due to the quality and size of photo submitted. Photos that are faded, have low detail or the subject has a shadow over it will likely not engrave well — the higher the detail and the better the contrast the better results. Some images just need a minor adjustment, and we provide this service free with each order; however, if its an older photograph that has creases, is discolored, etc. additional charges will be applied. Background removal is done by discretion of photo and/or request.
Please send the largest and the best quality photo possible, and only ones that you have the copyright and/or trademark to. (In other words, only photos that you have taken yourself or paid to have done, and no photos of celebrities, even if you took the image yourself. Celebrities own the rights to their own images, and you need a photo-release form from them to reproduce them.)
Mailing Photos:
Photos will be returned with your order. We highly recommended inserting them between 2 pieces of cardboard to prevent bending during shipment, and requesting that the post office stamp "do not bend" on the package (as they tend to ignore hand-written directions). Please do not send irreplaceable photos; we cannot be held responsible for loss or damaged photo during shipping

Please do not resize the image before uploading or emailing image file. If windows ask if you want to make picture smaller for emailing click NO. If you need to scan or save your photo, we recommend scanning it at 300-400 DPI. Save As a JPEG image. Do not try to edit the photo, color or size. The more original the photo, the better the results. If you have any problems or additional questions please email us.
